Guaranteed:
All animals are 100% healthy with live arrival.
Accuracy with gender identification on all snakes and geckos.

Shipping & Handling:
SnakeCraft ships Monday through Thursday with the exception of holidays and weather conditions at a flate rate of $65. Shipments are sent Priority Overnight with FedEx and preferably Hold for Pick-up at your closest FedEx Hub. Animals need to be retrieved within 3 hours of arrival. Failure to do so could void the live arrival/health guarantee. Home deliveries are available (weather pending), but the buyer must be present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt or all guarantees are void.
For DOA claims, you must provide pictures of the animal within 1 hour of FedEx timestamp home delivery or within 2 hours of the FedEx timestamp noting pick-up for Hub delivery.
